Scarsdale has represented the 1st Middlesex District since 2023 and has been a reliable advocate for strong environmental and energy policies. She has worked to secure adequate staffing and resources for state energy and environmental agencies and has supported efforts to accelerate the Commonwealth’s transition away from fossil fuels. She remains focused on keeping Massachusetts on track to meet its 2030 and 2050 climate goals, supporting communities through the clean energy transition, and expanding access to family-sustaining clean energy jobs.
